Cardiac Arrhythmia Detection from Single-lead ECG using CNN and LSTM assisted by Oversampling


Abstract: Cardiac Arrhythmia is one of most commonly occurring cardiovascular disease in which atrial fibrillation is most commonly occurring arrhythmia which can be detected using single lead electrocardiogram. In this research, we develop a Deep Learning (DL) model with a combination of Convolutional Neural Net and Long Short-term Memory assisted by Oversampling technique which classifies the 2017 PhysioNet/CinC Challenge dataset into four classes, i.e. normal sinus rhythm, atrial fibrillation, others and noisy classes with an accuracy better than present techniques. We can integrate this Algorithm to CPS-heart to find abnormalities in the human heart.

CPS-Heart: Cyber-Physical Systems for Cardiovascular Diseases

Abstract

This paper describes the role of the cyber-physical system for care of the human heart. It proposes the general framework for three sensors for heart care i.e. ECG (Electrocardiogram) sensor, PCG (Phonocardiogram) sensor and Lung sound sensor which is connected to management, analysis, and processing server that will process the data and take it out some useful information from it that will be monitoring of heart health and prediction about any cardiovascular diseases. This paper describes the model from these sensors to data collection to processing to visualization. Different layers have many different modules which have different roles. This model will help many cardiovascular patients to monitor their heart health and it will also help these people to book their appointments to their nearest cardiologist using a mobile application or web application.

3   Wait for few seconds after that choosing window will open


4. Choose any one option
 


                                        This type window will occur
5                   now click any button for drawing any component for example I m drawing entity
5.1   just click entity button

                       it will show the message where you want to draw entity on white screen.
5.2   just click on white screen for drawing entity a input box will appear to get what you want to write below entity

5.3   Just write inside textbox and click ok and entity drawn on that position

                                        See that entity is drawn inside white panel.
                                      Similarly you can create whole use case



6.   for saving just click the save in file menu and save it with jpg or png extensio


                             Your file saved message will be shown to you
7.   Similarly you can print image by clicking print
       
8 Similarly by clicking exit you can exit program ..



Similarly by clicking other buttons on other window you can create other diagrams and repeat same steps again.
